A local Winston-Salem favorite for 20 years, the Diamondback Grill offers two different dining environments. One is a charming artistic space highlighted by a 20 ft. tiger oak bar – perfect for corporate dinner parties and rehearsal dinners. Te other offers a stone fireplace and casual sports bar experience with an impressive music selection and the latest in flat screen H.D. T.V. technology. A full bar menu is available with 40 wines by the glass and 10 beers on tap. A diverse menu with many organic, all natural and local options, late night fun and major sporting events “madness” takes place in this remodeled 1947 neighborhood grocery. Popular entrees include crab cakes, shrimp and grits, fresh grilled grouper, jumbo snow crab legs, mouth-watering half-pound burgers and homemade soups, salads and desserts. In fact, you can create your own salad from over 60 fresh ingredients. Other favorites include “killer’ crab hushpuppies, huge grilled chicken sandwiches and succulent ribeyes, filet mignon and sirloin steaks.
